Everyday the same, everyday different. 02/25/2010

Well, I managed at last to get this album up. Recorded a while back with a guitar, a laptop and a fair few kitchen utensils.

Some tracks were played on Radio 3's Late Junction while I was very far from the UK, and out of that came some new relationships. In fact it was how I met Robert Popper, who I am now making music with.

Recently Robert has been letting the world know about this album, so I thought I'd better make it available here. I should note that Robert plays Walking and Talking much better than me.

I listened to Blood and Bones with headphones the other day and it really made my head swirl - I really had gone overboard on trying to make it minimal but ever changing.

I am still trying to make a short run of lovely physical versions of this, to be made available right here, but I am a real hard task master when it comes to packaging, so it is a bit of a bumpy ride.

Music that intrigues the ears and charms the mind but leaves the kidneys unmolested

Can't we just download it? I'm not going to buy the CD if you do offer it.

I have indeed made the tracks downloadable - despite the impolite tendencies of pilkro.

Just what I've been after. Something a bit different to mix this place up a bit. Bravo!

Wow, nice. So where do I pay for this? I may go on a hunt for your stuff -- this is lovely drawing music...

I'm just a product of the times, friend. Where I'm from, it's an honor if someone wants to spend the time to download what you've made. No doubt I'm a caustic ass, however... but I keep it real. Thanks for the links!

@pilkro - no problem. I'm a product of those times too, just a bit less caustic. But, I do thank you for the interest.

Brilliant, I loved it. If you were to release it as a CD I certainly consider buying a copy for a friend. Thanks for the downloads, this is good for listening to while I'm trying to revise for psychology exams.

You can leave a comment to the post itself in the normal way or you can add a comment to the track by clicking in the grey bar below the waveform. It'll take you to Soundcloud but that's no bad thing.

    A note on embedding

Also I just want to point out that you can embed any of these tracks anywhere you feel is appropriate by clicking the </> icon in the player, at which point you will be plied with all the necessary code.
